Send a US coordinate or address and get back 351 facts about that point from 95 public datasets: flood zones, soils, terrain, wildfire, climate, the power grid and utilities, plus parcel records in 35 states plus DC. Every value carries its source, license and vintage, so you can tell where it came from and how current it is.
It is built for developers and the AI agents they run: a REST API with typed client libraries, and a hosted MCP server that Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants can call directly.

Everything comes from public U.S. agencies and open-data projects, including FEMA, USGS, USDA, NOAA, EPA, EIA, NREL, the Census Bureau, the FCC and the Fish and Wildlife Service, along with OpenStreetMap and Overture Maps. County and state publishers supply parcel records. The sources page lists all 95 datasets with their licenses and the fields each one supplies. Some fields are computed from others, and each calculation is documented. No data provider endorses or is affiliated with Isopleth.
Check the Land is a land report for buyers. It screens a parcel for flood zone, slope, soils, wetlands, roads, power and wildfire, and explains the results in plain English. Every value in it comes from the Isopleth API.
